This odd-ball is the compact variety of the standard hoya carnosa. Like most hoya, its leaves are thick and waxy, but unlike others, they appear as if they have been crumpled up. When allowed to grow into long vines, the compact growth looks like thick rope.
Grows long vines that fill in with leaves, making it a great hanging plant or can be trained to a desired shape with a trellis. If you are looking for an easy-care plant to start you off, we would highly recommend this beauty.
Prefer a warm spot with bright light indoors or outdoors sheltered. Allow soil to dry between watering. Fertilise throughout spring and summer to promote flowering.
TIP: hoya leaves wrinkle when the plant is thirsty.
