The Monstera laniata belongs to the adansonii species, and this rare variegated type displays stunning golden patches (referred to as 'aurea') over its foliage. Allow it to climb, and the Monstera laniata will produce large leaves, that will fenestrate close to the central vein as the plant matures. The Monstera laniata variegata aurea is very rarely offered, and stock is extremely limited, so be sure to get in quick!
CARE:
Prefers a warm, humid spot with bright indirect light indoors, or outdoors in a sheltered position. Use a well-draining potting soil (an aroid mix is ideal) and keep moist but not wet. Fertilise throughout spring and summer.
